14-day money-back guarantee — if it's not right for you, we'll refund it. No hoops, no hard feelings.

We want you to love what you cook from Everest Fon. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy explains how our guarantee works and how to request a refund.

1. Our promise

If you're not happy with a cookbook, ebook or tutorial, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. That's the whole promise — try it, cook from it, and if it doesn't earn a place in your kitchen, let us know and we'll refund you.

2. How to request a refund

Just email us at hello@everestfon.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• Your name (as it appeared at checkout)
• The email address you used to order
• The name of the cookbook, tutorial or course
• Your order number or receipt, if you have it handy

A quick note on why it didn't work for you is welcome but never required — it just helps us make our recipes better.

3. Courses

Online courses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days too, as long as you've watched less than roughly half the lessons. We think that's fair for everyone: it gives you real time to see if a course fits, while keeping things reasonable. If you're close to that line and unsure, email us anyway — we're human, and we'd rather talk it through than turn you away.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — the same card or account you used to buy. Once we process it, the funds typically land within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Contact us first

If anything's gone wrong — a file wouldn't download, a link didn't work, or you were charged twice — please email us first before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Almost everything can be sorted out quickly and kindly, and reaching out gives us the chance to fix it or refund you right away.

6. A note on digital products

Our cookbooks, tutorials and courses are digital, so there's nothing to physically ship back. Because of that, refunds are handled entirely as described above — you keep any files you've already downloaded, and we simply return your money under our 14-day guarantee.
